Every glulam house kit is machined in Lithuania, and the glulam is supplied only inside the building kit. Dimensions are external.

Glulam Log House Kits from the Manufacturer
Eurodita manufactures glulam log home kits using laminated spruce and pine profiles for residential-style timber building briefs within the wider glulam log cabin range. Every house is produced in our Lithuanian factory from Northern European timber and CNC-machined for dimensional consistency. Final structural, thermal and approval requirements are confirmed per project.
The glulam range includes contemporary designs, traditional houses and mobile homes with glulam wall profiles from 70 x 130 mm to 220 x 260 mm. Each kit ships flat-packed with assembly hardware, window and door packages confirmed per quote, and technical documentation confirmed per project. Models are available for private-label distribution under your brand.
Technical & Build Details
Specified per project brief
The glulam wall profile is chosen per project from the five approved profiles. The dimensions of a profile do not by themselves establish thermal, fire, structural or certification performance; what a project requires is confirmed per project. The data sheet of each model records what the kit includes.
Insulation and glazing
The structure is supplied prepared for insulation; roof, floor and wall insulation is sourced locally where the project specification requires it. The data sheet of each model records its joinery and glazing. Eurodita makes timber windows and doors in the IV45, IV68 and triple-glazed IV92 systems; aluminium sliding systems are bought in from a specialist supplier.
Design flexibility
Layout, internal partitions and the number, size and position of windows and doors are drawn for the project. A veranda or terrace is drawn where the project includes one.

For dealer and developer projects the specification is reviewed and confirmed in the written quotation. Quotation and project documentation can carry the brand of the partner where that is agreed for the order.

The catalogue models are single or two-storey houses; two-storey designs are handled as project-engineered work. Eurodita does not publish a performance comparison between glulam and solid log walls.
What wall thickness options are available for glulam houses?
The glulam profile series is 70x130, 88x260, 135x260, 180x260 and 220x260 mm. The Dovetail corner system is available on the four larger profiles, from 88x260 mm upward. A solid log model can be made in any of the 28, 34, 44, 58 and 70 mm profiles, and a glulam model in any glulam profile, confirmed per order; a profile dimension on its own is not a thermal or structural figure.
Can Eurodita manufacture a glulam house from my architect's drawings?
Yes, as a bespoke brief. A sketch or architectural drawing is reviewed technically and commercially and comes back as a manufacturable, priced proposal with 2D CAD drawings and a 3D visual for that project. Structural calculations, where required, are carried out by external specialists, and building approval stays with the buyer's local route.
Can a glulam house be used as a year-round home?
Glulam houses in this range are ordered as full-time homes, holiday lets and lodges. Eurodita supplies the structure prepared for insulation, which is bought locally, and publishes preliminary U-values for the timber wall element alone; they are not a figure for a finished building and not a compliance result; whether a given build-up meets local building regulations for year-round use is confirmed by the buyer's building control route.
How is a glulam house quoted and who can order one?
Every glulam house is priced in a written quotation for the project, in EUR; there is no price list and no published lead time. Buyers are developers, holiday-park and resort operators, dealers, and private clients commissioning a larger home, each project assessed individually.
