- Log Cabin Dealer Program | Private-Label B2B Partnership, Eurodita
Eurodita has supplied private-label log cabins and timber buildings to dealer partners across 25+ countries since 1994. Today, 98+ active B2B partners work with Eurodita across trade channels. The Dealer Programme gives partners access to factory-direct trade pricing, private-label range planning, and EXW factory release from Kaunas with freight timing confirmed per route and order. It supports a timber-building offer without in-house manufacturing overhead.
For custom or private-label trade enquiries, partners can send sketches, plans, dimensions or customer requirements. During business hours, Eurodita can normally prepare CAD or 3D quotation material for pricing review within 1-2 working hours when the brief is complete enough for review. For the manufacturing model, see private-label timber manufacturing and bespoke custom log cabins. For release terms, partner documentation and onboarding references, see the dealer resource hub, shipping and delivery and certification documentation.

How to Get Started
Dealer onboarding is reviewed case by case and does not require partners to invest in in-house manufacturing. The process is straightforward:
Step 1, Enquire
Submit your company details and the product categories you intend to sell. We will confirm eligibility and assign an account manager.
Step 2, Receive your wholesale price list
Full pricing across the catalogue, broken down by wall thickness, floor area, and specification level.
Step 3, Place your first order
Select products, confirm private-label branding requirements, and agree delivery schedule.
Step 4, We manufacture and release
Production from our 5,000 m² Kaunas facility; EXW factory release is standard, with delivered options arranged per order where agreed.
Step 5, Grow your range
As order history develops, pricing terms and custom specification options can be reviewed with Eurodita.

FAQs
Do dealers need to hold stock to join the Eurodita Dealer Programme?
Dealer stock requirements are agreed by commercial model. Many partners work from confirmed customer orders, while repeat partners may plan scheduled stock or display models. Eurodita manufactures against confirmed purchase orders, so stock planning, packaging and delivery schedules are agreed during onboarding and quotation.
How are dealer margins handled in the Eurodita Dealer Programme?
Eurodita supplies dealer pricing so each partner can set its own retail position, margin and market strategy. Final margin depends on the product specification, freight route, order volume and local selling model. Eurodita does not control the dealer's retail price or customer relationship.
What production timing can Eurodita dealers quote?
Eurodita standard garden-cabin and catalogue-item production is typically 2-4 weeks before EXW factory release from Kaunas. Bespoke and glulam projects are quoted separately and commonly sit in the 4-8 week production range, depending on drawings, specification and production slot. Freight, customs and final delivery timing depend on the confirmed order scope, route and agreed logistics terms.
Can dealers sell Eurodita products under their own brand?
Yes. Private-label supply is central to the Eurodita Dealer Programme. Dealer documentation, packaging and product labelling can carry the partner's company name where agreed. Eurodita does not appear in customer-facing materials unless the dealer chooses to identify the manufacturer.
What wall thicknesses are available through Eurodita?
Eurodita standard and bespoke solid-log ranges can be specified around 28mm, 35mm, 44mm, 58mm and 70mm profiles. Glulam projects can be specified in 88mm, 135mm, 180mm or 220mm profiles. The right wall thickness is confirmed by project brief, target market and quote-stage specification.
How is order quantity confirmed for Eurodita dealers?
Order quantity is confirmed at quotation stage. Standard catalogue items can be reviewed for an agreed first order or repeat schedule, while bespoke and glulam projects depend on drawings, engineering scope and production planning. Eurodita confirms any project-specific commercial terms before order acceptance.
What timber species does Eurodita use?
Eurodita uses northern European spruce for non-glulam timber buildings and engineered glulam timber for glulam homes and selected project ranges. The timber route, documentation and finish details are confirmed per order, with FSC chain-of-custody support available through Eurodita's certification documentation.
