Eurodita is a B2B private-label timber-building manufacturer based in Kaunas, Lithuania, established in 1994. A glulam enquiry is treated as a project-specific manufacturing route. Drawings, engineering inputs, specification, evidence and responsibilities must be reviewed before quotation.
The route identifies what must be reviewed; it does not establish structural, thermal, fire or local-compliance performance.
| Route | Use | Confirm before quotation |
|---|---|---|
| Selected building concept | A current Eurodita concept is the starting point. | Intended use, destination, selected concept, dimensions, changes, complete build-up, quantity and local-review requirements. |
| Architect-led building | The buyer has project drawings and appointed designers. | Controlled drawings, design criteria, interfaces, appointed engineering responsibilities, required evidence and logistics route. |
| Project-specific components | The enquiry concerns glulam components rather than a complete building. | Member schedule, geometry, connection and tolerance brief, design responsibility, records and acceptance criteria. |
The buyer and its appointed engineers or other professionals define the design criteria and confirm the destination-market review route. Eurodita confirms the manufacturable scope, production information and documents included or available for the quoted order.
Submit one current drawing and specification revision, including interfaces and acceptance criteria.
Identify the exact technical or material evidence needed; availability is confirmed for the quoted project.
Price, quantity, specification, payment terms and production scope are confirmed in the written quotation and order. This page does not publish a fixed price, order volume or production slot.
Factory-release timing is confirmed only in the written quotation and order after the product, specification, quantity, documentation scope and production plan are reviewed. Freight and final delivery timing are confirmed separately for the agreed route.
Eurodita uses order-specific production drawings to connect a quoted specification to manufacturing information and the supplied component pack. The public evidence below is a sanitised derivative of an actual Eurodita-owned order pack. It is technical qualification evidence, not a construction issue for another building.
| Plate | Evidence shown | Supports review of | Does not prove |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Outside-corner seal zones and first-row interface | Wall type, detail coordination and foundation-line information need | Foundation design, moisture performance, fixing or tolerance |
| 02 | 38 x 98 mm opening components in one 220 mm example | Wall/opening component matching and revision control | Transferability to another opening or project |
| 03 | Selected rain, corner and levelling board sections | Documented finishing interfaces and section identification | Universal finish, treatment or quantity |
| 04 | Axonometric wall and beam progression | Orientation and relation between assembly views and detailed sheets | Site method, temporary works or installation sign-off |
| 05 | Floor and roof element mapping | Layout coordination and required interface questions | Loads, spans, bearing, fixings or structural performance |
Public-use boundary: customer identity, project code, constructor identity, services layout, full floor plan, quantities, bill of materials, cut list and private production references are excluded. This evidence does not establish structural, thermal, fire, acoustic or regulatory performance and does not replace the current approved order-specific drawing set.
The drawings below are sanitised excerpts from an actual Eurodita production and assembly pack. They are not marketing diagrams. The source set contains the project arrangement, wall and opening details, assembly views, floor and roof layouts, numbered components and a production schedule.
In this order, 220 mm identifies the wall type and 220 x 260 mm appears as a component-profile reference in the production schedule. Neither value is a U-value, fire rating, structural capacity or certification statement. The dimensions shown below belong to this project example only.
The corner detail identifies controlled spaces for non-expanding sealing foam and isolation or sealing tape. A separate first-row drawing connects the wall profile to the rain board and foundation line. In this pack, the drawing calls for two rows of isolation tape between 220 mm logs and one row for the 135 mm wall type used elsewhere in the same order.
Foundation geometry, moisture separation, fixing and tolerance requirements remain project inputs.
The 220 mm wall example uses impregnated 38 x 98 mm opening components. The same order also records 38 x 68 mm pieces for a 135 mm wall type, which shows why a component must be matched to both its wall type and drawing reference.
Selected examples include a 28 x 60 mm rain board, 40 x 140 mm and 40 x 180 mm outside-corner boards, and 19 x 80 mm or 19 x 100 mm levelling boards.
The axonometric sheets show the building at successive wall and beam stages. They allow the site team to relate wall courses and openings to the developing beam structure before moving to the more detailed dimensioned sheets.
In this example, the floor drawing identifies 19 x 100 (130) mm boards over exposed beams, while the roof drawing maps 45 x 58 mm doubling slats in the order-specific layout.
| Information | What the drawing pack provides | What remains project-specific |
|---|---|---|
| Wall and opening components | Geometry, section, cut length and drawing relationship | Final order applicability and approved revision |
| Corner and finishing pieces | Dimensioned component details | Finish, treatment, quantity and site sequence |
| Floor and roof layouts | Element mapping and order-specific dimensions | Structural checks, loads, bearing and fixings |
| Assembly views | Orientation and sequencing context | Site method, temporary works and local supervision |
| Technical release | Controlled drawing and schedule set | Acceptance by the responsible project parties |
The complete project pack remains a controlled order deliverable. Review Eurodita's construction guides, dealer resources and shipping and delivery policy for the wider information and responsibility route.
Yes. The images are sanitised excerpts from a Eurodita-owned 56-page production and assembly pack prepared for one customer order. Client identity, project codes, services, quantities and private production references have been removed.
No. They demonstrate how one order was documented. Another building can require different profiles, sections, lengths, interfaces and engineering checks.
No. The pack does not by itself establish a U-value, fire classification, Eurocode compliance, CE or UKCA status, permit approval or building-regulation compliance.
They should identify the order, building location, current revision, responsible technical contacts, site and foundation information, openings, services and any unresolved interfaces. Eurodita can then define the applicable order-specific documentation route.
Use boundary: These are project-specific drawing excerpts shown for technical context. They are not a structural, thermal, fire-safety or regulatory design and must not be used as a construction instruction for another project. Manufacture and assembly follow the current approved order-specific drawing set and the checks of the responsible project designer.
The buyer and its appointed local professionals or authorities must confirm site classification, planning, building control, applicable standards, foundations, services, installation, access and safety requirements for the destination and intended use. Eurodita confirms its quoted factory and documentation scope.
Customer-facing branding, labels, documents and packing are agreed per order. Required manufacturer, legal, traceability, technical and operational information is retained where necessary.
Any warranty applies only as stated in the written quotation, order and warranty terms for the eligible product or component. It is not an automatic whole-building, performance or local-compliance guarantee.
Provide intended use, destination, controlled drawings, engineering criteria, complete build-up, interfaces, required documents, quantity, target timing and logistics route.
No. Performance depends on the confirmed design, specification, evidence, installation and local review. Those items are project specific.
The buyer and appointed project professionals own the design criteria and local approval route. Eurodita confirms only its quoted manufacturing and documentation scope.
They are confirmed in the written quotation and order after technical review and production planning. Freight timing is confirmed separately.
Customer-facing branding, labels, documents and packing are agreed per order. Required manufacturer, legal, traceability, technical and operational information is retained where necessary.
