Apex height, not excavation
There are two ways to reach the head-height target a golf simulator project may need: lower the floor by excavating, or raise the roof. Eurodita raises the roof. The apex design supports head-height planning above ground level, with no excavation and no below-ground drainage or damp considerations. The ridge reaches 3640mm and the eaves sit at 2405mm across the standard range.

The range

Eurodita is a timber building manufacturer. For private buyers the supply route is confirmed project by project. Fitting companies and dealers can sell the cabin under their own name. Eurodita manufactures the agreed timber shell; the simulator technology, screen, projector and interior fit-out are specified and installed by the fitting company or project partner. The trade partner manages the customer-facing offer within the agreed order scope. Private-label presentation, packing and customer-facing documentation are agreed per order. Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works) from the Eurodita factory, and delivered options can be arranged for selected markets and projects, agreed individually per order. Customisation options
Standard models can be reviewed for door, window and opening-layout changes to suit the screen wall and entry point. Some images show an example configuration; the standard specification is listed in the table above. Bespoke dimensions and other changes are qualified and quoted individually against drawings, engineering scope, production planning and logistics through the private-label route. Do golf simulator cabins need planning permission in England?
Planning status is site-specific. Under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, an outbuilding with a dual-pitched roof can fall within permitted development when sited more than 2 metres from a boundary, subject to a 4 metre ridge limit and a 2.5 metre eaves limit. Within 2 metres of a boundary the overall height limit is 2.5 metres, which this range exceeds, so planning permission would be required in that position. Conservation areas and listed buildings carry additional restrictions. Installers should confirm permitted-development status with the local planning authority for each site.
