Golf Simulator Cabins
Private-label timber cabin shells engineered for golf simulator installations. A steep apex roof reaches a 3640mm ridge, giving roughly 3.4m of internal centreline clearance for simulator fit-out planning. Nine standard sizes from 4.3 by 3.2m to 7.5 by 4.0m, plus fully bespoke dimensions. We manufacture the timber shell; your fitting team installs the simulator equipment and sells under its own brand.

There are two ways to reach the head-height target a golf simulator project may need: lower the floor by excavating, or raise the roof. Eurodita raises the roof. The apex design supports head-height planning above ground level, with no excavation, no below-ground drainage or damp considerations, and no change to the above-ground footprint used in permitted-development calculations. The ridge reaches 3640mm and the eaves sit at 2405mm across the standard range.
The internal clearance is roughly 3.4m at the centreline on the standard golf simulator cabin profile. Dealers and fit-out partners should check the final swing, screen, projector and launch-monitor layout against the selected simulator equipment and the project brief. For the full height breakdown by model, see our ceiling height guide.
The range
Nine standard sizes share the same engineered height and 70mm solid, slow-grown northern European spruce walls, with FSC chain-of-custody on record. A lower-cost 44mm wall option is available on request. The two largest models include factory windows, and the largest carries a second door.

Shell supply for fitting companies
Eurodita operates exclusively as a B2B manufacturer. We supply the timber shell; the simulator technology, screen, projector and interior fit-out are added by the fitting company, which sells the finished room under its own brand. The shell ships unbranded, so the end customer never sees the Eurodita name. Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works) from Kaunas, and delivered options can be arranged for selected markets and projects, agreed individually per order. Read more about the private-label manufacturing model and the dealer programme, or review our certifications and compliance. For trade terms in full, see our shell supply guide for fitting companies.
Customisation options
Every design can be adapted. We can add or reposition the door, add windows, or change the opening layout to suit the screen wall and the entry point. Some images show an example configuration; the standard specification is listed in the table above. Beyond the nine standard sizes, we design and manufacture to fully bespoke dimensions through the same private-label route, with drawings reviewed by the engineering team before production. Order quantity, pricing and production scope for standard models are confirmed per quote. Installation and foundation guidance is covered in our construction guides.
Frequently Asked Questions
What internal ceiling height does a golf simulator cabin provide?
The apex roof reaches a 3640mm ridge, giving approximately 3.4m of internal clearance at the centreline on the standard golf simulator cabin profile. The eaves sit at 2405mm. Dealers and fit-out partners should confirm the final swing, screen, projector and launch-monitor layout against the selected simulator equipment and project brief.
Can a golf simulator cabin be supplied under our own brand?
Yes. Eurodita supplies the timber shell unbranded, under a private-label model. Delivery documentation and packaging carry your brand, and the end customer receives no reference to Eurodita. This is standard across Eurodita's network of 98+ active B2B partners in 25+ countries. You add the simulator technology and sell the finished room under your brand. See the private-label arrangement for terms.
What is the lead time for a golf simulator cabin order?
Standard sizes carry a production lead time of 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Bespoke dimensions typically require 4 to 8 weeks. All orders are supplied Ex Works (EXW) from Kaunas, Lithuania, with freight arranged by the buyer. Delivered options can be arranged for selected markets and projects, agreed individually per order. Full terms are in the shipping and delivery policy.
Do golf simulator cabins need planning permission in the UK?
Planning status is site-specific and not determined by construction material. Under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, an outbuilding with a dual-pitched roof can fall within permitted development when sited more than 2 metres from a boundary, subject to a 4 metre ridge limit and a 2.5 metre eaves limit. Within 2 metres of a boundary the overall height limit is 2.5 metres, which this range exceeds, so planning permission would be required in that position. Conservation areas and listed buildings carry additional restrictions. Installers should confirm permitted-development status with the local planning authority for each site.
Can we order a bespoke size or customise the layout?
Yes. Eurodita's production supports custom door positions, added windows, wall-thickness options (70mm standard, 44mm on request) and fully bespoke dimensions beyond the nine standard sizes. Order quantity, pricing and production scope for standard models are confirmed per quote. Bespoke production across all Eurodita timber categories runs to approximately 500 units per year combined. Eurodita has manufactured timber buildings from its Kaunas factory since 1994.
Is Eurodita a bespoke golf simulator cabin manufacturer?
Yes. Eurodita manufactures bespoke and standard timber cabin shells for golf simulator cabin projects on a B2B private-label basis. Eurodita supplies the unbranded timber cabin shell; the simulator technology, screen, projector and interior fit-out are specified and installed by the dealer, fitting company or project partner.
Can Eurodita prepare CAD or 3D quotation material for bespoke golf simulator cabins?
Eurodita supplies B2B timber shells for golf simulator cabin projects. Dealers, fit-out partners and project suppliers can send target dimensions, internal-clearance needs and door or window positions for project review. During business hours, Eurodita can normally prepare bespoke quotation material, including CAD or 3D support where required, within 1-2 working hours when the brief is complete.
