Golf Simulator Cabin Shell Supply for Fitting Companies
Who This Page Is For
If you install golf simulators, garden rooms, or leisure buildings and need a shell-only B2B supply route, this page explains what Eurodita supplies, how the order process works, and which elements remain with your fitting team.
Eurodita is a B2B-only private-label timber building manufacturer founded in 1994 in Kaunas, Lithuania. The Golf Simulator Cabin range follows the same supply model: Eurodita manufactures the unbranded timber shell, while your company specifies and installs the simulator hardware and sells the finished room under its own brand.
Eurodita’s role is limited to the timber shell and related manufacturing documentation; the fitting company manages the end-customer project.
The Supply Gap Fitting Companies Face
Fitting companies sourcing golf simulator rooms need to confirm that the timber shell matches the simulator-room brief. That means checking ceiling height, nominal footprint, specification consistency, hardware clearances and lead time before quoting the finished room.
Eurodita positions this range as a B2B shell-only supply route for fitting companies. Eurodita’s role is unbranded timber shell supply. Simulator technology and final fit-out remain within the partner’s scope.
This separates shell manufacturing from simulator-system supply and installation.
What Eurodita Supplies vs What You Add
Eurodita supplies the shell. The building is supplied as a complete timber shell package: walls, roof, floor, doors and windows. It leaves our factory unbranded, with no simulator hardware included.
Your company adds the simulator system and final fit-out. Your company installs the screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, netting, software, and any electrical or ventilation fit-out. You sell the finished product under your own brand.
| Component | Eurodita supplies | Your company adds |
|---|---|---|
| Timber shell (walls, roof, floor) | Yes | |
| Apex roof for swing clearance | Yes | |
| Windows and doors | Yes | |
| Branding / label / finish spec | Your choice | |
| Simulator screen and projector | Yes | |
| Launch monitor / hardware | Yes | |
| Electrical, data, ventilation | Yes | |
| Hitting mat, netting, software | Yes | |
| End-customer relationship | Yours |
The shell can be reviewed for other fit-out briefs when dimensions, services, foundation requirements and local requirements are confirmed before order. Local authority review is required where applicable.
The Apex Roof: Why Ceiling Height Starts with the Shell
Ceiling clearance is a central technical requirement for a golf simulator installation. The required height depends on the player, swing and selected hardware, so the fitting company should confirm system-specific clearances before ordering the shell. Standard garden-room formats may not provide the required clearance.
Eurodita’s Golf Simulator Cabin range uses a steep apex (pitched) roof that delivers approximately 3.4 metres of internal clearance at the centreline of the building. The ridge is set at 3640mm above the floor. The eaves are at 2405mm.
The Eurodita shell is designed as an above-ground timber shell. Foundation and groundworks requirements remain site-specific and must be confirmed before order.
See the Ceiling Height Guide for a full specification breakdown by model.

Why the Apex Approach Matters for Fitting Companies
When you sell a golf simulator room to a client, the shell specification is part of your product, not just a container. Your client may ask:
- What is the wall thickness?
- What timber is it?
- Is the wood from a certified source?
- What warranty does the building carry?
- How was the ceiling height achieved?
Eurodita documents the timber shell specification: slow-grown northern European spruce, 70mm solid-wall standard, FSC chain-of-custody supply, warranty scope and apex-roof geometry. Foundation and groundworks requirements remain site-specific.
For fitting companies supplying premium residential clients or commercial venues, these answers matter to the end customer. Clear shell documentation helps the fitting company quote with fewer unanswered specification questions.
Who Uses This Supply Model
The fitting companies and installers who enquire about this range typically fall into three groups:
Golf simulator fitting companies. Businesses installing simulator hardware (Trackman, Foresight Sports, SkyTrak, or similar) into residential and commercial properties. They need a consistent shell at a repeatable specification so they can quote their product reliably.
Garden room and garden building installers. Companies supplying premium garden rooms who want to add a specialist high-clearance product line. The golf simulator shell lets them quote a high-clearance use case separately from standard garden-room enquiries.
Holiday park operators and leisure developers. Operators fitting out premium guest amenities should confirm expected use, treatment requirements, floor-loading requirements and local authority requirements at quote stage.
Production Background
Eurodita has manufactured timber buildings in Kaunas since 1994. Our factory covers 5,000 m², and Eurodita produces 12,000+ standard cabins yearly. The Golf Simulator Cabin range is manufactured within the same Kaunas production system as the rest of Eurodita’s timber-building catalogue. We supply 98+ active B2B partners across 25+ countries.
For fitting companies, the capacity argument matters as much as the specification. For repeat projects, repeatable specifications and confirmed production planning matter as much as the shell specification.

FAQ
Does Eurodita install the shell?
No. Eurodita supplies the shell EXW from Kaunas. Your company or your preferred logistics partner arranges collection or delivery. Installation on site is your responsibility or your contractor’s.
Can I specify my own branding or finish on the shell?
Yes. The shell is supplied unbranded. You can specify treatment, cladding colour, window configuration, and other finish details at the order stage. Contact us with your specification for a quote.
What is the difference between the 70mm and 44mm wall options?
70mm slow-grown spruce is the standard shell specification. A lower-cost 44mm solid-spruce option is available on request. Insulation, heating, ventilation, foundation and local-use requirements should be confirmed per project. Both options use FSC chain-of-custody timber; the 10-year anti-rot warranty applies to eligible timber components under the warranty conditions.
Do you supply simulator hardware, screens, or projectors?
No. Eurodita supplies the timber shell only. Simulator hardware is outside our scope. Your company sources and installs the hardware.
Can I order a non-standard size?
Yes. Bespoke dimensions are available. Lead time for bespoke is 4 to 8 weeks. Send your dimensions to the enquiries team for a quote.
How is order scope confirmed?
Flexible quote-based ordering applies to standard sizes; order quantity, pricing and production scope are confirmed per quote.
