Golf Simulator Cabin Shell Supply for Fitting Companies

Who This Page Is For

If you install golf simulators, garden rooms, or leisure buildings and you currently source the shell from a general timber supplier, or source nothing at all because no specialist B2B option exists, this page covers what Eurodita supplies, how it works, and what you add.

Eurodita is a B2B-only private-label timber building manufacturer based in Kaunas, Lithuania. We have been supplying unbranded cabin shells to dealers, installers, and leisure developers since 1994. The Golf Simulator Cabin range follows the same model: we manufacture the shell, you install the simulator hardware and sell under your own brand.

We do not compete with you for the end customer.

The Supply Gap Fitting Companies Face

Most fitting companies sourcing golf simulator rooms work from whatever timber building happens to be available locally. That often means a standard garden room with insufficient ceiling height, a bespoke shell from a small operator with inconsistent specification, or an extended lead time that does not match your project pipeline.

No dedicated B2B shell supplier for golf simulator cabins existed before this range. The UK market has turnkey consumer installers, general garden-room retailers, and companies that achieve ceiling height by excavating below ground level. None of them supply unbranded shells on trade terms to fitting companies.

That is the gap this range fills.

What Eurodita Supplies vs What You Add

Eurodita supplies the shell. The building is complete as a structural unit: walls, roof, floor, doors, and windows. It leaves our factory unbranded, with no simulator hardware included.

You add the experience. Your company installs the screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, netting, software, and any electrical or ventilation fit-out. You sell the finished product under your own brand.

The same shell suits home cinema installations, driving and racing simulator rooms, and console gaming setups. Your fitting company may serve more than one of these markets from the same shell specification.

The Apex Roof: Why Ceiling Height Starts with the Shell

The central technical requirement for a golf simulator installation is ceiling clearance. Leading golf simulator hardware makers typically recommend a minimum of 3.0 metres of clear height for a full driver swing. Many timber buildings on the general market do not reach this.

Eurodita’s Golf Simulator Cabin range uses a steep apex (pitched) roof that delivers approximately 3.4 metres of internal clearance at the centreline of the building. The ridge is set at 3640mm above the floor. The eaves are at 2405mm.

Some competitors achieve comparable ceiling height by excavating below ground level, which adds groundworks cost, extends the structural programme, and introduces below-ground drainage and moisture considerations. The Eurodita shell sits on a standard above-ground footprint. No excavation required.

See the Ceiling Height Guide for a full specification breakdown by model.

Sizes and Specification

Nine standard sizes cover the range from a compact single-bay studio to a large dual-bay installation with seating. All share the same apex roof geometry, ridge height, and structural specification.

Why the Apex Approach Matters for Fitting Companies

When you sell a golf simulator room to a client, the shell specification is part of your product, not just a container. Your client may ask:

  • What is the wall thickness?
  • What timber is it?
  • Is the wood from a certified source?
  • What warranty does the building carry?
  • How was the ceiling height achieved?

Eurodita can give you answers to every one of those questions. Slow-grown northern European spruce. 70mm solid wall standard. FSC chain-of-custody certified. 10-year anti-rot warranty. Apex-roof geometry, above ground, no excavation.

For fitting companies supplying premium residential clients or commercial venues, these answers matter to the end customer. A shell supplier who cannot provide them leaves you exposed.

Who Uses This Supply Model

The fitting companies and installers who enquire about this range typically fall into three groups:

Golf simulator fitting companies. Businesses installing simulator hardware (Trackman, Foresight Sports, SkyTrak, or similar) into residential and commercial properties. They need a consistent shell at a repeatable specification so they can quote their product reliably.

Garden room and garden building installers. Companies supplying premium garden rooms who want to add a specialist high-clearance product line. The golf sim shell gives them access to a buyer who is not currently shopping in the garden room market.

Holiday park operators and leisure developers. Operators fitting out premium guest amenities want a timber shell with a commercial specification. A golf simulator bay as a revenue-generating guest facility is a different buying decision from a residential installation; the shell needs to support a longer-use, higher-footfall environment. [VERIFY: confirm fire-retardant treatment options and floor loading spec are available before publishing to this audience as a firm commitment.]

Production Background

Eurodita has manufactured timber buildings in Kaunas since 1994. Our factory covers 5,000 m² and produces 12,000+ standard timber buildings per year. The Golf Simulator Cabin range is manufactured to the same consistent specification as the rest of our catalog. We supply 98+ active B2B partners across 25+ countries.

For fitting companies, the capacity argument matters as much as the specification. If you are building a pipeline of golf simulator installations, you need a shell supplier who can match your volume reliably, not one whose production schedule varies with each individual order.

FAQ

Does Eurodita install the shell?

No. Eurodita supplies the shell EXW from Kaunas. Your company or your preferred logistics partner arranges collection or delivery. Installation on site is your responsibility or your contractor’s.

Can I specify my own branding or finish on the shell?

Yes. The shell is supplied unbranded. You can specify treatment, cladding colour, window configuration, and other finish details at the order stage. Contact us with your specification for a quote.

What is the difference between the 70mm and 44mm wall options?

70mm slow-grown spruce is the standard specification and is what we recommend for year-round installations in northern Europe. The 44mm option is available for warmer climates or where a lighter structure suits the intended use. Both options carry the FSC chain-of-custody certification and the 10-year anti-rot warranty.

Do you supply simulator hardware, screens, or projectors?

No. Eurodita supplies the timber shell only. Simulator hardware is outside our scope. Your company sources and installs the hardware.

Can I order a non-standard size?

Yes. Bespoke dimensions are available. Lead time for bespoke is 4 to 8 weeks. Send your dimensions to the enquiries team for a quote.

Is there a order scope?

Flexible quote-based ordering applies to standard sizes. Initial project orders are accepted.
