The model
Golf Simulator Cabin 7.0x4.0m is a log cabin for a golf simulator room with an apex roof, supplied as a building kit. It measures 4.34 x 7.34 m externally, an external footprint of 31.9 m². The ridge height is 364 cm and the eaves height 240.5 cm. It has one storey. It is listed with the golf simulator cabins.
Walls
The wall logs are solid, of the 70 x 130 mm profile: each log is 70 mm thick and 130 mm high, with tongue and groove along its length and interlocking corner joints. Wall logs are supplied untreated by default. This model can also be made with 28, 34, 44 or 58 mm wall logs, and the profile is confirmed in the written quotation. The profiles are set out on wall thickness and glulam profiles.
Floor and roof
The floor is 28 mm floorboards on impregnated floor bearers of 40 x 60 mm. The roof is boarded with 19 mm boards on five purlins of 70 x 130 mm. A storm brace and anchor set is included.
Doors and windows
The model has a double door of 1400 x 2030 mm in a 68 mm profile, two-thirds glazed. It has two windows of 700 x 1510 mm.
Planning in England
In England a garden building that is incidental to the enjoyment of a house can be permitted development under Class E of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/596, revised text of legislation.gov.uk, read on 29 September 2026). Among its conditions: a single storey, eaves no higher than 2.5 metres, and a height of no more than 4 metres for a building with a dual-pitched roof, or 2.5 metres for a building within 2 metres of the boundary. This model has an apex roof, which is a dual-pitched roof, an eaves height of 240.5 cm and a ridge height of 364 cm: it is within the 2.5 metres of the eaves and the 4 metres of a dual-pitched roof, and above the 2.5 metres that apply within 2 metres of a boundary. The other conditions of Class E, and whether it applies to a site at all, are confirmed with the local planning authority.
What can be changed
Size, layout and the positions of doors and windows can be changed for an order. Send a sketch or a drawing: the written quotation is prepared in the Eurodita design and estimator system, with 2D drawings and a 3D visualisation. Supply
