The Golf Simulator Cabin 6.0x4.5m is a B2B private-label timber shell engineered for golf simulator installations. It provides 27.0 m² of internal floor area (4500 x 6000mm) and an apex roof reaching a 3640mm ridge, giving approximately 3.4m of internal clearance at the centreline. That exceeds the 3.0m clearance recommended by leading golf simulator hardware manufacturers, so a full driver swing is unobstructed. The same shell suits home cinema rooms, console gaming rooms and driving simulators. Eurodita manufactures the shell in Kaunas, Lithuania; fitting companies add the technology and sell under their own brand.

Insufficient ceiling height is the most common reason a golf simulator install fails or has to be relocated. This cabin is designed around that constraint. The steep 27.7° apex roof delivers full-swing headroom that standard garden buildings cannot, while the eaves stay at 2405mm. The 27.0 m² footprint suits a hitting bay, screen and projector throw distance, and works equally for a home cinema, a console gaming room or a driving simulator.
Timber and construction
Walls are 70mm solid, slow-grown northern European spruce, FSC chain-of-custody on record, specified for year-round use. A lower-cost 44mm wall option is available on request. Components arrive precision-machined and numbered for fast on-site assembly. Total timber volume is 6.79 m³.
Floor, roof and door
The floor uses 28mm boarding over 40x60mm bearers. The apex roof spans 70x130mm purlins (7 units) under 19mm roofboards, covering 36.7 m². Access is via a double 68mm door, 1400x2030mm, two-thirds glazed. External dimensions are 4840 x 6340mm.
Customisation options
Every design can be adapted. We can add or reposition the door, add windows, or change openings to suit the simulator layout, the screen wall or the entry point. Some images show an example configuration; the standard specification is listed in the table. For requirements beyond the standard range, we design and manufacture to fully bespoke dimensions.
Planning
At a 3640mm ridge and 2405mm eaves, the cabin sits within England's Class E permitted-development dimensions for a dual-pitched outbuilding, provided it is sited more than 2m from any boundary. Within 2m of a boundary the total height limit drops to 2500mm, which this cabin exceeds, so planning permission would be required in that position. The building must also be single-storey, not forward of the principal elevation, and not on designated land. Installers should confirm permitted-development status with the local planning authority for each site.
Private-label partnership
The shell is supplied unbranded for private-label resale. Your customers see your brand, not Eurodita's. Standard terms are EXW (Ex Works) from Kaunas; delivered options can be arranged for selected markets and projects, agreed individually per order. No minimum order applies on standard designs.
Warranty and lead time
Covered by Eurodita's 10-year anti-rot warranty. Standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation, EXW Kaunas.
