Production and commercial boundaries
- For standard catalog garden cabins, production timing is confirmed in the written quotation, with EXW release from the Eurodita factory. The written quote controls the actual order window.
- Custom and glulam timing is confirmed in the written quote and order after the specification, engineering scope, quantity and production plan are reviewed.
- No fixed minimum order quantity applies to standard catalog items, subject to quote, load efficiency and commercial viability. Custom and glulam work is qualified individually.
- The default payment structure is 50/50. No public credit or deferred-payment offer applies.
- Currency, taxes, duties, Incoterm and logistics responsibilities must be stated in the quote. This page does not promise USD invoicing or an unrestricted US price list.
Materials and documentation
Non-glulam products use Northern European timber. Glulam ranges use engineered glulam timber. Timber is purchased from suppliers within certified supply chains. The exact wall system, finish, treatment, glazing, labeling and documentation are confirmed for the order.
Local engineering, code acceptance and permits remain with the US buyer and its appointed professionals; installation is agreed per project. Eurodita does not publish a blanket US compliance guarantee.
