Can the floor plan be changed?
A different layout from the catalogue can be raised as a bespoke brief, reviewed and quoted per project rather than applied as a standard option across the range. Send the layout you have in mind and Eurodita will confirm what is achievable for that specific order.
Can you legally live in a 2 bedroom log cabin in the UK?
Yes, where the local authority approves it as a home. In England a 2 bedroom cabin occupied independently is a new dwelling, which normally needs planning permission and must meet building regulations; used by family as an annexe, the council decides whether it is ancillary accommodation. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland apply their own rules.
Do I need planning permission for a 2 bedroom log cabin in my garden?
In most cases, yes. Permitted development for garden outbuildings in England does not cover separate self-contained living accommodation.
