Larger homes for private clients: direct supply from the Eurodita factory
Eurodita manufactures timber buildings in Lithuania, since 1994, for dealers, distributors and developers. Larger homes are also supplied directly to private clients: a glulam home or a residential log cabin is quoted in writing, manufactured as a kit and released from the factory to the transport you or Eurodita arrange. Small garden buildings are supplied through dealers, not directly.

Which Eurodita buildings are homes
Two families are built as homes. Glulam homes use laminated wall profiles of 70, 88, 135, 180 or 220 mm and cover single-storey and two-storey layouts, including contemporary glulam homes with large glazing. Residential log cabins use solid profiles of 44, 58 or 70 mm, or a twin-skin wall with an insulation cavity, in one to four bedroom layouts. Every wall profile can be specified on every model; the profile is confirmed in the quotation.
Garden offices, sheds, garages and other small buildings are the dealers’ range: Eurodita supplies them to trade partners, who sell and install them locally. If you are looking for a small building, the market pages name the route for your country.
What direct supply means
Eurodita manufactures the kit: wall logs or glulam elements, floor and roof structures, its own timber windows and doors (aluminium sliding doors come from a specialist supplier), machined in Lithuania and packed flat with the assembly drawings for your order. Each order is quoted in writing in EUR, excluding VAT and delivery. Standard terms are EXW Eurodita factory: the kit is released at the factory to the carrier you appoint. DAP delivery to your site is agreed per order, DDP case by case. Unloading at the site is your responsibility. Payment is 50% with the order and 50% before dispatch.
Eurodita publishes no prices, lead times or delivery durations; the quotation states the specification, the quantity, the price basis, the payment terms and its own validity date, and the order confirmation states the agreed dispatch terms.
What your builder supplies
A Eurodita home is a structure prepared for local completion. The following stay with you and your local builder, designer or engineer: foundations and the base; insulation material for a twin-skin or glulam wall build-up; electrical, plumbing and heating; structural calculations where the local authority requires them; planning and building approvals; assembly on site; transport unloading; and any local certification of the finished building. Eurodita supplies the drawings and technical information your team needs for each of these.
Documents you receive
With the quotation: drawings, 3D visuals and the technical specification of the building. With the order: assembly drawings and the assembly guide, the technical data sheet for the model, and on dispatch the commercial invoice, packing list, CMR consignment note and export declaration. Eurodita holds no own FSC or PEFC chain-of-custody certificate and no ISO 9001 certificate, and makes no blanket CE or UKCA claim; the documentation for a specific order is confirmed at quotation.
Wall profiles and insulation
Solid timber walls: 19×100, 28×100, 34×100, 44×130, 58×130 and 70×130 mm. Glulam walls: 70×130, 88×260, 135×260, 180×260 and 220×260 mm. Twin-skin walls: 44-50-44, 44-100-44, 58-50-58 and 58-100-58 mm, with the cavity prepared for insulation that is bought locally. Eurodita publishes preliminary U-values for the timber wall element alone (28 mm 3.82 to 220 mm 0.49 W/m²K); the U-value of a finished wall or building is calculated per project by your designer. Local approvals
Whether your home needs a permit, a notification or another procedure is decided by the rules of your country and municipality; your local designer confirms it before the order, and Eurodita gives no guarantee of approval. The market page for your country names the relevant rules in your language.

What does a written quotation contain?
The specification of the building, the quantity, the price basis in EUR excluding VAT and delivery, the payment terms (50% with the order, 50% before dispatch), the delivery basis and the validity date of the offer, together with drawings and 3D visuals.
