- Bespoke & Custom Log Cabins | Private-Label B2B Manufacturer | Eurodita
We Build It. You Brand It. Your Clients Love It.
Eurodita has been building bespoke log cabins & custom timber structures for B2B partners since 1994. Today, we work with dealers, resellers and construction firms in 25+ countries, with a 98% on-time delivery rate confirmed by Eurodita.
Here’s how it works: you send us a sketch, a floor plan, or even just a rough idea with dimensions. Our design team turns it into full 3D renders, technical drawings and project-review material, and an exact quote, all within 1-2 working hours during business hours. For private-label manufacturing programmes, approved documents can go out under your company name so your clients deal with your brand.
Built to Your Spec, Down to the Millimetre
Whether it’s a custom cabin brief or a seasonal dealer programme, we manufacture every structure to your exact specification. We use FSC-certified northern European spruce and cut everything on Hundegger CNC machinery from Germany, tolerance requirements confirmed per approved drawings. Our delivery dates are confirmed per quote and production route. And there’s flexible quote-based ordering, you can start with a confirmed quote-based order.
Every Type of Log Cabin, One Manufacturer
We cover the full range. Need a standard 44mm log cabin timber kit? Done. A heavily insulated twin skin log cabin for colder climates? No problem. Large-scale glulam cabins for commercial projects? We do those too. From garden rooms and garden offices to a fully bespoke granny annexe log cabin or a pergola 6x6m, it all comes from one factory, one team. Specialist briefs such as golf simulator cabins use the same quote-stage review and CAD/3D preparation route when the brief contains enough detail for review. See selected bespoke project examples for B2B review context.
Designed for Your Market, Prepared for Local Review
Every market is different. That’s why we sit down with you to discuss log cabin location details, climate, building regulations, insulation requirements, before anything goes into production. Whether your clients need a residential log cabin, a garden office, or a large contemporary log cabin project, our in-house design team tailors every detail to fit.

Pick the Right Wall for Your Market, 10 Options Available
The wall system you choose depends on what your clients need and where they’re building. We manufacture three types, all from FSC-certified northern European spruce, kiln-dried in our Nardi Italian kilns to 16–18% moisture content.
Solid Logs: 19 / 28 / 35 / 44 / 58 / 70mm
The go-to for garden cabins, leisure buildings and standard residential projects. Straightforward, proven, and cost-effective.
Glulam (Glued Laminated) Logs: 88 / 135 / 180 / 220mm
Engineered from multiple spruce laminations for dimensional stability on project-specific glulam specifications.
Twin Skin (Double Wall): selectable double-wall systems with an insulation cavity, including the 44-100-44 configuration where specified
Specified for dealer/project review where an insulation-ready wall system is needed for local climate and use requirements.
Every wall system is cut to tolerance requirements confirmed per approved drawings on our Hundegger CNC machinery from Germany.
Your Name on the Project. Our Factory Behind the Scenes.
Let’s be honest, when your name is on the cabin, you can’t afford surprises. That’s exactly why our partners stick with us.
As a private-label manufacturer, we stay completely invisible. Every 3D render, assembly manual, cutting list and shipping document goes out under your company brand. Your clients deal with you, not us.
The numbers back it up:
• 98% on-time delivery rate, tracked across our full partner network over 30 years
• 10-year anti-rot warranty for eligible timber components under confirmed order terms
• 150,000 m³ of FSC-certified northern European spruce processed each year
• 12,000+ standard and ~500 bespoke and glulam projects completed annually
Everything Is Customisable, Here's What You Can Change
When we say bespoke, we mean it. Every structural element of your timber building can be adapted to your client’s requirements:
• Footprint & layout, any rectangular or L-shaped floor plan
• Wall thickness, all 10 options, from 19mm solid logs up to 220mm glulam
• Roof type, apex, pent, hip, L-shaped, or flat
• Windows & doors, any size, any position, any quantity
• Log profile, round, D-log, square, dovetail connections
• Terrace & veranda, integrated or bolt-on
• Insulation package, floor, wall and roof insulation-ready
• Colour treatment, factory-applied primer or left natural
Typical lead time: 4–8 weeks for bespoke orders. For glulam homes over 100m², allow 8–12 weeks.
Windows, Doors & Aluminium Sliding, All Made In-House
We don’t outsource joinery. Every window and door is manufactured in our own facility on SCM Italian machinery, the same precision equipment used across high-end European joinery workshops.
Each piece is pre-cut and pre-fitted to integrate perfectly with your chosen wall system. That means faster assembly on site and fewer headaches for your installation teams. We offer both standard and custom sizes to match any floor plan.
Common Questions About Bespoke Log Cabins
How does the bespoke design process work?
Send a sketch, floor plan or dimensional brief. Eurodita reviews the information during business hours and, when the brief is detailed enough, can prepare 3D renders, CAD drawings, technical drawings and a priced B2B quotation in the 1-2 working-hour quote-support window. Documents can be prepared for private-label dealer review.
How is order quantity confirmed for bespoke cabins?
Bespoke order quantity is confirmed in the quotation. Eurodita can review first-project, repeat and multi-unit bespoke briefs for B2B partners, but quantity, discount structure, packaging scope and production slot are agreed individually before order confirmation. Dealers should quote only the terms written into the approved project offer.
How long does bespoke manufacturing take?
Bespoke manufacturing time is confirmed after design sign-off, specification review and production-slot planning. Eurodita generally plans bespoke and glulam work in a 4-8 week production window where the brief is complete, while larger or more complex glulam projects can require a longer quoted schedule. Freight timing is agreed separately.
What wall thickness options are available for bespoke cabins?
Wall thickness is specified per order. Solid-log options include 19 / 28 / 35 / 44 / 58 / 70mm. Glulam profiles are specified from 88 / 135 / 180 / 220mm. Twin Skin double-wall systems use a selectable cavity, including 44-100-44 where specified. Materials are FSC-certified northern European spruce, kiln-dried to project requirements.
Will the bespoke design be branded with my company name?
Yes, completely. As a private-label manufacturer, Eurodita ensures all 3D renders, assembly instructions, cutting lists, and delivery documents carry only your company branding. Your clients will never see the Eurodita name. We are your silent manufacturing partner.
What information do you need to produce a bespoke design?
Any starting point works: a hand-drawn sketch, a photograph of an existing building, architectural floor plans, or even a verbal description with key dimensions. Email your brief to sales@eurodita.com and our team will take it from there within 1-2 working hours during business hours.
Do you ship bespoke cabins internationally?
Yes. Eurodita supplies B2B partners in 25+ countries. Standard terms are EXW from Kaunas; freight timing depends on the dealer's forwarder, route, customs clearance and final-mile arrangements. Container routes for overseas markets are confirmed per order. All structures are pre-cut, flat-packed, and labelled for efficient on-site assembly by your team or contractor.
Are there design revision rounds included?
Revision scope is agreed in the quotation. Minor layout, opening or dimension changes can usually be reviewed during business hours when the brief is clear. Larger structural, material or engineering-related changes may require updated CAD/3D material, a revised quotation and written approval before production starts.
Is Eurodita a bespoke log cabin project examples manufacturer?
Yes. Eurodita is a B2B private-label manufacturer that publishes selected bespoke log cabin project examples on its projects archive. These references show dimensions, wall profiles, roof formats and imagery generated from Eurodita's project system, helping dealers, developers and fitting partners brief comparable cabin, glulam or timber-building projects.
