Insulation Specification

The twin-skin system comprises two separate timber walls with an insulation cavity between them. Timber & Construction (Double-Wall System)

Both the inner and outer wall skins are constructed from kiln-dried northern European spruce, processed in Nardi kilns (Italy) to below 18% moisture content. Each wall layer uses tongue-and-groove interlocking profiles machined on Hundegger CNC centres (Germany). The double-wall configuration provides structural redundancy, superior acoustic insulation, and resistance to wind-driven rain penetration. The system is engineered for project-specific performance.
