Price, timing and thermal figures: how a buyer gets them
Eurodita is a timber building manufacturer in Kaunas, Lithuania, manufacturing timber buildings since 1994, and three numbers a buyer looks for first are not on this website: a price, a delivery date and a U-value. None is missing by oversight. Each is set per order, and each has a defined route by which a dealer, developer or private client of a larger home obtains it.

Why does Eurodita not publish a price list?
Eurodita does not currently publish a public price list. Prices are released to a qualified partner or project in a written quotation. That is current policy, and it follows from how the products are sold.
Eurodita is B2B-first: the garden-building range goes through dealers and distributors who set their own resale prices, and Eurodita publishes no dealer margins or recommended retail prices, so a public factory price would cut across the partner’s pricing. A catalogue listing is not one product: any approved profile can be specified on any model and joinery and finish are chosen per order, so one figure per model would describe one configuration among many. How do I get a price?
Send an enquiry with the inputs from the table: the model from the catalogue or a drawing reference; the wall profile or twin-skin build-up written in full; external dimensions; joinery; finish; quantity; destination country; delivery basis wanted; intended use; and the ordering company’s details so that VAT can be validated. Eurodita replies with a written quotation in EUR. For bespoke, glulam and modified projects it is a priced proposal with 2D CAD and 3D visualisation, carrying a partner’s brand where agreed.
The quotation states its own validity; once that has passed, the price is revalidated against current material costs rather than automatically withdrawn or held.
Why are lead times not published, and how do I get a date?
Eurodita publishes no production lead time and no transit time. Production timing varies by product, factory load, season and project complexity, and glulam varies most. Transit is estimated by the forwarder for the route, carrier and customs situation; Eurodita runs no transport fleet and holds no stock in export markets.
The date comes with the quotation. State the required delivery window in the enquiry; Eurodita checks it against the current production schedule and confirms production timing in the quotation and at order confirmation. Freight timing is the forwarder’s estimate, not a commitment. Dispatch follows the second payment, 50% before dispatch, so the payment date is in the buyer’s hands. Why is no U-value published, and how do I get one?
A wall thickness is a manufacturing dimension, not a thermal performance figure. For twin-skin the reason is concrete: the cavity is the space the insulation occupies, the insulation is selected and bought locally because national requirements differ, and Eurodita supplies the structure prepared for insulation, not the insulation. The finished wall depends on a material Eurodita neither specifies nor supplies, so no U-value, R-value or thermal figure is published for any build-up on twin-skin wall build-ups.
What does exist is narrower: a preliminary table of thermal resistance for the solid log element on its own, by thickness, published only as preliminary and as describing the log element alone. It gives one value per thickness with no glulam-versus-solid distinction, no twin-skin row, no roof, floor or glazing figure, and no pass or fail against any building regulation. It is data about a component, not a building, so this page does not repeat the figures.
A buyer who needs a figure for approval gets it locally: Eurodita supplies the drawings, CAD and technical data for the order, and the buyer’s designer or engineer calculates the wall as it will be built, with the chosen insulation and finishes, against the rules of the destination country. What does Eurodita publish instead?
The figures that are stable across orders are published.
- Wall profiles: six solid profiles, 19×100 to 70×130 mm; five glulam profiles, 70×130 to 220×260 mm; four twin-skin build-ups, 44-50-44, 44-100-44, 58-50-58 and 58-100-58 mm; any approved profile can be specified on any model.
- External dimensions per model: the external footprint of every catalogue model, with eaves and ridge heights where recorded, on log cabin base size by model; the base itself is confirmed per model and site.
- Scope boundaries: flat-packed kits; no installation, foundations, utilities or turnkey; no own FSC, PEFC or ISO 9001 certificate and no blanket CE or UKCA claim; documentation confirmed per order at quotation.
- Commercial terms: written quotation in EUR, EXW Kaunas, excluding VAT and delivery; DAP per order, DDP case by case; 50% with the order and 50% before dispatch; no single fixed minimum order, and a pilot unit is accepted practice.

Who is this way of working for?
It suits the buyer who orders a specified building rather than a shelf item: dealers and distributors carrying the garden-building range, developers and holiday-park operators, private-label brands whose quotations carry their own name, and private clients of larger residential homes, each project assessed individually. For all of them the quotation replaces the price list, the confirmed schedule replaces a generic lead time, and the local calculation replaces a published U-value.
It does not suit a private buyer looking for a garden building at a listed price. That range is supplied through trade partners only, there is no consumer shop or showroom, and such a buyer should go to a local retailer, whose price, date or thermal figure is the retailer’s, not one Eurodita has published.
