Certification and Order Documentation for B2B Buyers

Use this page to distinguish Eurodita’s held certification from market-framework references and order-specific documentation. It is a procurement reference, not a certificate register, product approval or substitute for project review.

What is certified, marked or order-specific

Use these distinctions in tenders, quotations and customer files. Do not convert a framework reference into a certification or product-approval claim.

Held certification

FSC chain of custody: Eurodita maintains FSC chain-of-custody certification. The public certificate code remains private. The relevant order-documentation route is confirmed for each order.

Product-marking position

CE and UKCA: Eurodita products do not carry CE or UKCA marking. These marks may be relevant destination-market frameworks, but they must not be presented as Eurodita certification or blanket product approval.

Confirmed per order

Technical, sourcing, assembly, packing, warranty and destination-market documentation depends on the product line, intended use, destination and written quotation. A page statement does not expand the agreed order scope.

FSC sourcing and EUDR support

FSC position: Eurodita maintains FSC chain-of-custody certification. The certificate code remains private; the appropriate evidence route is confirmed in the relevant dealer or order file.

EUDR support: Eurodita can support dealer due diligence with available sourcing and order documentation; the exact scope is confirmed per order.

FSC certification supports, but does not by itself discharge, EUDR due-diligence obligations. The relevant operator remains responsible for its regulatory route and final file.

Standards are project frameworks, not blanket approvals

Applicability depends on the product, intended use, site, destination and evidence required by the appointed professionals or authority.

EN 14080

A glulam product-standard framework that may be relevant when project requirements are defined. It is not a Eurodita certification claim or blanket statement of conformity.

BS 3632:2023

A destination-market framework that may be referenced for residential park-home projects. A model name or drawing does not establish the applicable route or evidence.

BS EN 1647:2026

A framework that may be relevant to leisure accommodation vehicle projects. Applicability and evidence must be confirmed for the intended use and destination.

Structural and local rules

Eurocodes, national rules or another structural route may apply. The appointed designer, engineer and relevant authority validate the final project route.

Build the evidence package into the written order

Documents that may be included

  • Confirmed product or project specification and approved drawings
  • Available material and sourcing information agreed for the order
  • Technical data or structural-review documents expressly included in scope
  • Assembly information, component marking and packing details where included
  • Warranty documents and maintenance requirements for eligible components
  • Factory-release and logistics documents assigned by the written order and Incoterm

Commercial control

The quotation must identify what is included, who prepares it and when it is supplied. Required evidence should be raised before order confirmation. Unlisted certificates, markings, calculations or approvals must not be assumed.

Review dealer preparation and order scope

Warranty and responsibility boundaries

Product, order and after-sales conditions are confirmed in writing for each project in the quotation, order confirmation and applicable product documentation. Please contact Eurodita for the documentation relevant to your confirmed order.

Project responsibility: Eurodita confirms the factory and documentation scope in the written quotation. The dealer, buyer or appointed project team validates intended use, local approvals, structural review, site work, installation and other destination requirements.

Certification and documentation questions

Is Eurodita FSC-certified?

Yes. Eurodita maintains FSC chain-of-custody certification. The public certificate code remains private. The evidence or reference required for a tender, dealer file or project is confirmed through the relevant order-documentation route rather than published as an unrestricted certificate number.

Do Eurodita products carry CE or UKCA marking?

No. Eurodita products do not carry CE or UKCA marking. These marks may be relevant to a destination-market assessment, but they must not be described as Eurodita certification, product approval or blanket conformity. Documentation requirements should be identified before the quotation and order scope are confirmed.

Is Eurodita certified to EN 14080?

No certification claim is made. EN 14080 is referenced only as a glulam product-standard framework that may be relevant to a defined project. Available material, production or technical documentation is reviewed against the product, destination and agreed brief; final conformity or approval routes remain project-specific.

How can Eurodita support EUDR due diligence?

Eurodita can support dealer due diligence with available sourcing and order documentation; the exact scope is confirmed per order. FSC chain-of-custody certification can form part of that support but does not by itself discharge the relevant operator’s EUDR due-diligence obligations or guarantee a complete regulatory file.

Do BS 3632:2023 or BS EN 1647:2026 references prove compliance?

No. These standards are destination-market frameworks that may be relevant to mobile or park-home projects. A category name, model dimension or product drawing does not prove compliance. The intended use, site, specification and evidence route must be defined, and the available order documentation then confirmed.

What documentation is supplied with an order?

The written quotation and order define the package. Depending on scope, it may include approved drawings, material information, assembly instructions, component or packing labels, technical data, warranty documents and logistics records. Anything not expressly confirmed remains outside the supplied documentation package until agreed in writing.

How are product, order and after-sales conditions confirmed?

Product, order and after-sales conditions are confirmed in writing for each project in the quotation, order confirmation and applicable product documentation. Please contact Eurodita for the documentation relevant to your confirmed order.

Who validates local compliance and project approval?

The dealer, buyer or appointed project team identifies the intended-use, planning, building-control, structural, fire, accessibility, electrical and other local requirements. Eurodita confirms the factory and documentation scope written into the quotation. Final design review, approval and site compliance remain with the relevant professionals and authorities.

Confirm documentation before order placement

Send the product or project, intended use, destination, required standard or evidence, target timing and the party that will review the documents. Eurodita can then confirm what is available and what remains outside factory scope.
