Each cabin is crafted from slow-grown Nordic spruce with precision-milled joints and includes the Storm Brace & Anchor Set as standard, supported by a 10-year anti-rot warranty.

A workshop is more than a shed; it is a place of production. Eurodita’s Workshop Log Cabins are built to withstand the demands of heavy tools, machinery, and daily wear and tear. These structures target the “prosumer” and hobbyist market—clients who value strength over aesthetics.
We understand that a workshop needs to be solid. That is why we engineer these buildings with reinforced roof structures and heavier floor bearers.
Built for Purpose (Technical Specs):
Heavy-Duty Walls: We recommend 44mm, 58mm, or even 70mm log thicknesses for workshops. Thicker walls provide better sound insulation for power tools and greater structural integrity for shelving and hanging equipment.
Access & Security: Wide double doors allow for easy movement of machinery, while our 5-point locking system ensures expensive tools remain safe.
High Eaves: Many of our workshop models feature higher eaves to maximise vertical storage space and headroom.
The “Bespoke” Workshop: Does your client need a workshop with a specific reinforced floor or extra-wide access? As a bespoke manufacturer, we can modify any standard design to meet specific industrial or hobbyist requirements.
FAQs
What is the difference between Pent, Apex, and Chalet roof styles?
The choice is largely aesthetic and practical. The **Apex** roof is the traditional triangular style, offering maximum headroom in the centre. The **Pent** roof is a modern, single-slope design, often lower in height to comply with strict planning rules (e.g., under 2.5m). The **Chalet** style features an offset peak, adding a unique architectural character to the garden.
Are these workshops strong enough for heavy equipment?
Yes. Unlike standard garden sheds which use thin panel construction, our workshops are built using **interlocking log technology** (starting at **28mm**). This creates a rigid, durable structure. Crucially, we include **28mm floorboards** as standard, which provide a solid foundation for workbenches, lawnmowers, and heavy power tools without sagging.
Can I order these workshops with thicker walls for insulation?
Absolutely. While **28mm** is a strong standard, we can manufacture these designs in **35mm, 44mm**, or thicker logs. Crucially, regarding insulation, **all Eurodita products come with double glazing as standard**. Our workshops feature "garden type" double glazed units (4-8-4mm). For clients requiring maximum thermal efficiency, we can upgrade the windows to **residential-grade Euro 68** standard with thicker 4-16-4mm glazing.
How secure are the doors on these workshops?
Security is a priority for workshop buildings. Unlike standard sheds with simple locks, **all Eurodita doors are equipped with a premium 5-point locking system**. This advanced mechanism ensures the door is secured at multiple points along the frame, offering exceptional protection for your customer's valuable tools and machinery.
Can I change the position of the window or door?
Yes. Because we are a **bespoke manufacturer**, you can request changes to the layout. If your client needs the window on a specific wall to catch the light, or requires double doors for wider access (e.g., for a ride-on mower), simply send us the specifications, and we will produce a custom kit.
