Innovative Roof and Wall Panel Technologies

Eurodita offers an assortment of timber structures tailored specifically to meet the requirements of park operators. Their custom cabins, such as holiday lodges, are crafted using sustainably-sourced Nordic wood for quality and durability.

Design flexibility and efficient production processes make them the ideal partners to help turn customers? wooden dreams into reality.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are high-performance prefabricated building materials that combine framing and insulation into one convenient material, making them the ideal solution for energy-efficient homes and commercial buildings that need strong structures with tight energy consumption requirements. SIPs are manufactured offsite for faster build time on-site as well as reduced labor costs associated with project management, scaffolding and framing labor – according to one BASF time-motion study, SIP construction can reduce build times by as much as 55%!

EiSIPs offer energy efficient wall systems unlike their stick framing counterparts by eliminating thermal gaps between exterior and interior wood frames by sandwiching thick polystyrene foam between OSB sheathing layers – this allows them to achieve higher R-value ratings than standard stick framing, making EiSIPs one of the most energy efficient options on the market.

Strong construction features of this building type include its patented structural skeleton and integrated ring beam that significantly increase load-bearing capacity, transfer loads efficiently without needing trusses, and keep structures sturdy over time.

EiSIP sheathing panels are typically constructed of either oriented strand board (OSB), cement-bonded particleboard (CBPB) or magnesium oxide board (MgO), with each accepting all tensile forces while its core material (expanded polystyrene foam, extruded polystyrene foam, polyisocyanurate foam or composite honeycomb) stands up against compressive and shear forces; all connected using liquid polyurethane glue.

Sheathing, core and glue are assembled and placed into a large clamping device where both pressure and heat are applied, to allow for polyurethane materials to expand and bond the skins together while the glue cures. This creates a lightweight yet strong energy-efficient panel suitable for floor, wall or roof application.

Glued Laminated Timber (GLT)

Glued laminated timber (GLT), more commonly referred to as glulam, is an engineered wood product composed of multiple laminations of graded kiln-dried lumber graded for stress ratings, finger jointing and moisture resistant structural adhesives that is laminated along its length for strength and flexibility. All laminations run parallel with one another creating an interconnected system which provides strength while remaining flexible enough for various projects requirements. Glulam beams and columns can be manufactured to suit specific project needs as needed – see here for further details.

GLT stands apart from concrete and steel structures by being a renewable natural resource with lower production energy requirements than similar steel structures, and can be utilized in hybrid assemblies or building systems that involve multiple hybrid assemblies or building systems. Furthermore, custom dimensions can be created as long-span designs are produced for custom dimensions to meet various project requirements; GLT production can either meet visual (VI) quality standards or industrial quality specs to accommodate project needs.

Structured wood from certified, responsibly managed forests is harvested and recycled as part of a sustainable forest management cycle. As it’s made from natural products like wood or bamboo, glulam is more eco-friendly than prefabricated building materials like steel and concrete; and provides more aesthetic choices than standard building materials – leaving it raw for an authentic rustic aesthetic or painting it for modern designs with clean edges.

Glulam Log Houses

Concerns over global sustainability and energy crises have spurred on an upsurge in demand for lightweight timber products such as log cabins made of eco-friendly wood. Lithuania-based Eurodita, known for their prefabricated glulam cabins that meet stringent green building standards and can withstand even severe outdoor conditions, is taking full advantage of this trend by manufacturing durable prefabricated glulam cabins that meet these specifications – perfect for these changing buying sentiments across the globe. These durable structures also come at a reasonable cost!

Premium glulam logs boast superior strength, making them suitable for luxury cabins or commercial office buildings with multiple climate zones. Their superior insulation and durability also makes them suitable for areas with variable weather patterns, while their unique design makes them more visually appealing than traditional logs – they can even accommodate different door and window arrangements to meet the requirements of various projects.

Eurodita’s durable glulam cabins are handcrafted with care. Produced in a supervised manufacturing environment, each structure meets exacting builder specifications to reduce construction costs and costly mistakes while simultaneously helping protect the environment through using carefully chosen forests as sources for their glulam logs.

Eurodita’s glulam log homes provide your customers with an exquisite retreat, from holiday homes and guest houses to garden offices or rental property. Their sturdy yet stylish wooden cabins can easily be customized to meet the specific needs of individual customers – helping to build trust with them as a result and increase sales for your business.

Timber Mobile Homes

With the growing emphasis on green living, eco-friendly wooden structures such as garden summerhouses, caravan park homes, glamping (luxury camping) pods and barbecue huts are in great demand. These cabins reduce maintenance costs for buyers while making outdoor living comfortable – termite proof, rot-resistant and can withstand extreme weather conditions while being easy to install or relocate in case of relocation.

Eurodita of Lithuania stands out as a custom maker, creating log cabins and timber mobile homes to meet individual customer demands with FSC-certified Nordic wood. Their customized designs, straightforward assembly procedures and exclusive dealer programs that enable firms to purchase private-labeled cabins set them apart from competitors.

Eurodita’s glulam constructions are more durable than their wooden cottage/house counterparts, thus reducing maintenance expenses and repair hassles. Their unique assembly process ensures no shrinkage or bending occurs with their products, while prefabricated houses undergo rigorous tests to eliminate common wood building threats such as splitting or cracking.

Eurodita offers more than just mobile homes constructed of timber; Eurodita also provides garden summerhouses, carports and glamping (luxury camping) cabins made of this durable material for camping grounds and vacation resorts to create the ideal space to relax and unwind in. Their beautifully-crafted cabins allow customers to experience nature close at hand in comfort during their holidays!

Eurodita sandwich panels feature galvanized steel facers with pre-lacquered finishes, shielding an insulating core comprised of 40 kg/m3 rigid injected polyurethane foam for increased energy efficiency and comfort in any season. Available in various thicknesses to meet diverse climate and construction needs.
