We Build It. You Brand It. Your Clients Love It.
Eurodita has been building bespoke log cabins & custom timber structures for B2B partners since 1994. Today, we work with dealers, resellers and construction firms in over 38 countries — and we’ve never missed a delivery deadline.
Here’s how it works: you send us a sketch, a floor plan, or even just a rough idea with dimensions. Our design team turns it into full 3D renders, technical drawings and an exact quote — all within 24–48 hours. Everything goes out under your company name. Your clients never see ours.
Built to Your Spec, Down to the Millimetre
Whether it’s a single custom cabin or a 50-unit seasonal order, we manufacture every structure to your exact specification. We use FSC-certified Nordic spruce and cut everything on Hundegger CNC machinery from Germany — ±2mm tolerance, no exceptions. Our 98% on-time delivery record speaks for itself. And there’s no minimum order — you can start with one unit.
Every Type of Log Cabin, One Manufacturer
We cover the full range. Need a standard 44mm log cabin timber kit? Done. A heavily insulated twin skin log cabin for colder climates? No problem. Large-scale glulam cabins for commercial projects? We do those too. From garden rooms and garden offices to a fully bespoke granny annexe log cabin or a pergola 6x6m — it all comes from one factory, one team.
Designed for Your Market, Engineered for Local Codes
Every market is different. That’s why we sit down with you to discuss log cabin location details — climate, building regulations, insulation requirements — before anything goes into production. Whether your clients need a residential log cabin, a garden office, or a large contemporary log cabin project, our in-house design team tailors every detail to fit.

From Your Brief to a Full 3D Quote — in 24–48 Hours
Most manufacturers take a week or more just to get back to you with a quote. We do things differently. Send us what you have and we’ll turn it around fast:
1. You send your brief — a sketch, floor plan, or just dimensions and a description
2. We build the 3D model — photorealistic renders, 360° views, and if you want, an MP4 walkthrough video
3. You review and refine — up to 3 revision rounds included, minor tweaks within 24 hours
4. We price it — exact bill of materials, production lead time, and shipping cost to your location
5. It goes out under your brand — every document, every render, zero Eurodita branding
No upfront fees. No commitment until you give the green light. And you can start with just one unit.
Pick the Right Wall for Your Market — 10 Options Available
The wall system you choose depends on what your clients need and where they’re building. We manufacture three types, all from FSC-certified Nordic spruce, kiln-dried in our Nardi Italian kilns to 16–18% moisture content.
Solid Logs: 19 / 28 / 35 / 44 / 58 / 70mm
The go-to for garden cabins, leisure buildings and standard residential projects. Straightforward, proven, and cost-effective.
Glulam (Glued Laminated) Logs: 70 / 88 / 135 / 180 / 220mm
Engineered from multiple spruce laminations for superior dimensional stability. Virtually no warping. This is what we recommend for year-round residential and commercial buildings.
Twin Skin (Double Wall): Two 70–90mm walls with an insulation cavity
Built for serious thermal performance — ideal for northern European and Australian climates. Comes ready for full insulation.
Every wall system is cut to ±2mm tolerance on our Hundegger CNC machinery from Germany.
Your Name on the Project. Our Factory Behind the Scenes.
Let’s be honest — when your name is on the cabin, you can’t afford surprises. That’s exactly why our partners stick with us.
As a private-label manufacturer, we stay completely invisible. Every 3D render, assembly manual, cutting list and shipping document goes out under your company brand. Your clients deal with you, not us.
The numbers back it up:
• 98% on-time delivery — tracked across our full partner network over 30 years
• 10-year structural warranty on every bespoke structure we build
• 150,000 m³ of FSC-certified Nordic spruce processed each year
• 12,000+ standard and 1,800–2,000 bespoke projects completed annually
• 100% partner retention since 1994 — with an NPS of 89
Everything Is Customisable — Here's What You Can Change
When we say bespoke, we mean it. Every structural element of your timber building can be adapted to your client’s requirements:
• Footprint & layout — any rectangular or L-shaped floor plan
• Wall thickness — all 10 options, from 19mm solid logs up to 220mm glulam
• Roof type — apex, pent, hip, L-shaped, or flat
• Windows & doors — any size, any position, any quantity
• Log profile — round, D-log, square, dovetail connections
• Terrace & veranda — integrated or bolt-on
• Insulation package — floor, wall and roof insulation-ready
• Colour treatment — factory-applied primer or left natural
Typical lead time: 4–8 weeks for bespoke orders. For glulam homes over 100m², allow 8–12 weeks.
Windows, Doors & Aluminium Sliding — All Made In-House
We don’t outsource joinery. Every window and door is manufactured in our own facility on SCM Italian machinery — the same precision equipment used across high-end European joinery workshops.
Each piece is pre-cut and pre-fitted to integrate perfectly with your chosen wall system. That means faster assembly on site and fewer headaches for your installation teams. We offer both standard and custom sizes to match any floor plan.

Common Questions About Bespoke Log Cabins
How does the bespoke design process work?
Just send us what you have — a rough sketch, floor plan or basic dimensions. Within 24–48 hours, we'll come back with full 3D renders, technical drawings and an exact priced quote. Everything is branded under your company name. You get up to 3 revision rounds at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bespoke cabins?
No. Eurodita accepts single-unit bespoke orders. This is one of our key advantages for B2B partners — you can serve individual private clients without holding stock risk. For orders of 6+ units, volume discounts apply from 3% up to 8% for 21–50 units.
How long does bespoke manufacturing take?
Standard bespoke orders: 4–8 weeks from design sign-off. Glulam homes (100m²+): 8–12 weeks. During peak season (April–August) add 2–4 weeks. All lead times are confirmed at time of order with a binding delivery schedule.
What wall thickness options are available for bespoke cabins?
We offer 10 wall thickness options across three systems. Massive solid logs: 19 / 28 / 35 / 44 / 58 / 70mm. Glulam (glued laminated): 70 / 88 / 135 / 180 / 220mm. Twin Skin double wall: two 70–90mm layers with insulation cavity. All manufactured from FSC-certified Nordic spruce, kiln-dried to 16–18% moisture.
Will the bespoke design be branded with my company name?
Yes — completely. As a private-label manufacturer, Eurodita ensures all 3D renders, assembly instructions, cutting lists, and delivery documents carry only your company branding. Your clients will never see the Eurodita name. We are your silent manufacturing partner.
What information do you need to produce a bespoke design?
Any starting point works: a hand-drawn sketch, a photograph of an existing building, architectural floor plans, or even a verbal description with key dimensions. Email your brief to sales@eurodita.com and our team will take it from there within 24 hours.
Do you ship bespoke cabins internationally?
Yes. We deliver to 38 countries. UK: 7-day road delivery. Germany/Netherlands: 3–4 days. Australia and worldwide by container: 3–6 weeks. All structures are pre-cut, flat-packed, and labelled for efficient on-site assembly by your team or contractor.
Are there design revision rounds included?
Yes — up to 3 revision rounds at no additional cost. Minor adjustments (window repositioning, door size changes) are typically turned around within 24 hours. Major structural changes may require 48–72 hours. Production only starts after your written approval.
